  1. The Government of Lebanon has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lebanon Health Resilience Project (LHRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Accessories for COVID-19 Vaccine. 
  2. The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health now invites quotations from eligible Bidders for syringe, latex gloves and sterile NaCl ampoules to be delivered to the ministry’s warehouse at Al Quarantina Beirut within a period not exceeding two months from contract signature.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

  1. The quotation in English may be obtained by interested suppliers upon the submission of a written request to the address below. The document will be sent by electronic mail.
  2. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 13:00 local time. Quotations by email are acceptable. Late Bids will be rejected.
