- Update and validate pharmaceutical product data on MediTrack.
- Enter data related to donations and non‑registered medications.
- Add and update GTINs and review reception data.
- Ensure compliance of newly registered medicines with MediTrack rules.
- Support inspections and patient‑level dispensing approvals.
- Conduct field visits and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Support training and capacity‑building activities.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of the National E‑Health Program.
- Expected Outputs
- Monthly reports on registered pharmaceutical stakeholders.
- Monthly implementation progress reports.
- Field visit schedules and completed questionnaires.
- Training session records and follow‑up reports.
- Periodic implementation status and recommendation reports.
- Monthly report pertaining to the above activities and attendance schedule
- Required Qualifications
- PharmD, MSc in Pharmacy, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical supply chain management; public‑sector experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Lebanese pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in pharmaceutical and health products management.
- Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Languages: Arabic and English required; French is an asset.
