The SH+ Podcast is based on a five-session stress management training programme developed by the World Health Organisation (WHO) for groups (approximately 30 people at a time). The key skills from the programme have been extracted, shortened, re-recorded and turned into a five-episode audio podcast that you can listen to whenever you want!
In these five episodes, you will learn practical tools and exercises to manage stress, and everyday sources of stress, to promote well-being.
The SH+ Podcast also features an accompanying video guide, “Doing What Matters in Times of Stress”. The guide adds a unique visual experience, provides a deeper understanding of the concepts covered in the episodes and ensures that you get the most out of each episode.
