أطلق وزير الصحة العامة وائل أبو فاعور حملة التوعية على الشفة الأرنبية في لبنان في مؤتمر صحافي عقد بدعوة من مؤسسة GSM MENA المتخصصة بتشوه الشفة الأرنبية في المركز الطبي في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت – مبنى عصام فارس، بحضور رئيس الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت الدكتور فضلو الخوري، ومدير المركز الطبي في الجامعة الأميركية الدكتور حسان الصلح، وعضو مجلس إدارة GSM MENA الأستاذ رمزي الحافظ ورئيس قسم الجراحة الترميمية والتجميلية في المركز الطبي في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت الدكتور غسان أبو ستا، وعضو مجلس نقابة الأطباء الدكتورة لودي أبو رضا عيد وممثلين عن القيادات الأمنية وحشد من المعنيين والمتخصصين. وتهدف الحملة إلى تسليط الضوء على حالات الشفة الأرنبية وسقف الحلق المشقوق ورفع مستوى الوعي تجاه هذه العيوب الخلقية ومسبباتها وإعطاء الأمل للمريض وعائلته وشرح كيفية الحصول على الدعم الطبي(للمزيد...)
