إن إعداد هذه السياسة هو ثمرة تعاون بين وزارة الصحة العامة- دائرة ام و الطفل ومنظمة امم المتحدة للطفولة -اليونيسف و الجامعة اميريكية في بيروت.
أتت هذه المبادرة للحد من تكرار العنف ضد اطفال من قبل العاملين في دور الحضانة حيث ارتأينا أنها التدخل انسب للاستجابة لما حصل. تركز سياسة الصون بشكل خاص على حماية اطفال من العنف واŸساءة من قبل العاملين في دور الحضانة، مما يضمن عدم تعرضهم ي نوع من أنواع التعنيف. ً لتحقيق هذه اهداف، يتطلب امر التزام ً ا صارما من قبل جميع العاملين في دور الحضانة، وزارات الصحة ,العدل والشؤون الاجتماعية، لضمان الامتثال و تطبيق هذه السياسة. إن تضافر الجهود بين جميع اطراف المعنية يعد أساسيÇ لضمان نجاح تطبيق هذه السياسة وحماية اطفال بشكل ّفعال، مما يسهم في توفير بيئة آمنة وصحية تدعم نمو اطفال وتطورهم.
